Sailor Character - SCBA

The SCBA (Self Contained Breathing Apparatus) is an equipable asset for the Sailor Characters done for work.
- Low Poly done in Maya
- High Poly base meshes done in Maya, most parts were finalized in Zbrush
- Most of the high poly was made using the method Simon Fuchs teaches in his Military Radio Tutorial of going between Maya and ZBrush (it is an incredible resource, https://www.artstation.com/artwork/P9DR8)
- Texturing was done in Substance Painter, with minor touch ups and text done in Photoshop
- There are two versions of the SCBA Asset, fitting both genders, and both use the same topology, UVs and point order
- Materials done in Unreal
- Straps and hoses use tiling textures
- All in-game screenshots rendered in Unreal Engine 4.22

The Regulator - the component that clips onto the front of the facepiece - can be clipped to the regulator holder, which is strapped to the belt.
